$250 for YOUR defective Lug Nuts? Lug Nuts are NOT wearout items! I've never seen Lug Nuts that wear out in 3 years !! Paying $500 to get the oil, fuel filters and cabin filter changed along with the tires rotated is pretty ridiculous. I was not notified of my premium service expiring in June 30 either. I am very displeased with the service dept. Day 1: I am very displeased with the service dept. Day 1: dropped truck off 7/18 in the evening to be serviced the following day. Day 2: called the next d I am very displeased with the service dept. Day 1: dropped truck off 7/18 in the evening to be serviced the following day. Day 2: called the next day 4:29pm for status. Said it was done. Drove 30 min. to find it was never touched. They couldn't find the keys or paperwork. (I found the keys in the truck) Day 3: I called 2:13pm to find status. Said it was done. When I get to the cashier, she can't find my paperwork and has to go out to the service desk to get it. When I checked the work order, it was completed at 10:29am. I asked why I wasn't called then, they said Michael Whitley was in a meeting all day. I ask - is there no one else that can make a courtesy phone call? Now I'm ready to leave and I don't see my truck anywhere. It takes them 1/2 hr to find it. When they finally drive it up, no one has the courtesy to come tell me it's ready. I just happen to look around and see it out front. This is totally unacceptable to me and a waste of my time and money(making 2 trips). I'm beginning to think I've made an error in judgment buying a vehicle from Green Ford. More
