Green Ford/Lincoln services my Lincoln on a regular basis. I am always satisfied. Recently there was a repair recall. I contacted Green to schedule the recall service. I was informed that the parts we basis. I am always satisfied. Recently there was a repair recall. I contacted Green to schedule the recall service. I was informed that the parts were not yet available. They said they would call to schedule the service when parts were available and received. Three weeks ago, I received the call, scheduled the installation and didn’t have to think about it again! That’s Great service and will keep this customer coming back! More

$250 for YOUR defective Lug Nuts? Lug Nuts are NOT wearout items! I've never seen Lug Nuts that wear out in 3 years !! Ford ought to stand behind their product, not bail out when they make a desig wearout items! I've never seen Lug Nuts that wear out in 3 years !! Paying $500 to get the oil, fuel filters and cabin filter changed along with the tires rotated is pretty ridiculous. I was not notified of my premium service expiring in June 30 either.
