The dealership was clean and the staff was super friendly and very professional! I wish we could have gotten a slightly better deal on the Raptor, but the team stood tall on the value of my trade! Only bad and very professional! I wish we could have gotten a slightly better deal on the Raptor, but the team stood tall on the value of my trade! Only bad thing was I spent $62,000 on a used truck and did not even get a full tank of gas after driving 5 hours to buy the truck; seemed cheap. More

My experience with the Green Ford Dealership located at My experience with the Green Ford Dealership located at 3800 W Wendover Ave in Greensboro NC was extremely unpleasant. On June 30th I brought my 201 My experience with the Green Ford Dealership located at 3800 W Wendover Ave in Greensboro NC was extremely unpleasant. On June 30th I brought my 2015 Ford Explorer in for service as my engine light as well as my coolant and oil change light was on. I was advised to take care of all of the issues my total would be around $3400. I agreed to the quoted price and told them to proceed with the necessary improvements. I picked up my vehicle on Monday July 12th and the very next day Tuesday July 13th I noticed not only was my radio malfunctioning but the check engine light was again on. The dealership was already closed for the day therefore I called on Wednesday July 14th and made arrangements to bring my Vehicle back in. I dropped the vehicle off on Thursday morning July 15th again explaining my issues including the radio. Immediately my concerns for the radio was dismissed stating they didn’t do anything that would affect the radio. I felt like I was being called a liar when in fact I know it was working. I did not have time to argue the point as I had to head into work. I was advised I’d get a call to advise of the findings. Later the same day I received a call advising me they had identified the issue as Code 420 and I’d need tonpay an additional $2300 dollars. This was extremely shocking to me as that is the code that was showing when I brought the vehicle in for maintenance. Again they tried to argue me down advising the code was not showing upon my initial drop off. I currently have screenshots of the code as I’d already had the diagnostic test performed previously. To add insult to injury not only when I came to pick up my vehicle did they try to charge me an additional $114 to “diagnosis” my problem they had issues locating my keys. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. After sleeping on the issue I called the dealership back on Friday July 16th and asked to speak with the manager. I was advised his name was Mark and I was transferred to his line, as he did not answer I was forced to leave a voicemail. I would like to note that he has still not returned my call as of today Monday July 19th at 5:55 pm. Frustrated with the lack of response I did call back later the same day and spoke with the assistant manager Chad. Instead of the dealership taking responsibility for the mistake as I do know they happen they continued with the narrative that the check engine light was not on. Simply put the service I received from this dealership was unacceptable and unprofessional. I would like someone from corporate to reach out to me to resolve this issue. More

They're taking forever. You all have a lack of communication. When I call, no one seems to know nothing. I highly will not recommend this place. communication. When I call, no one seems to know nothing. I highly will not recommend this place. More
My check engine light came on. My diag tool showed #1 cylinder misfire. Turns out it is worse. Gave 4 stars not because of the "bad news", but because they didn't communicate the progress like I would cylinder misfire. Turns out it is worse. First free oil change and I have 2 year free maint but they attempted to charge me for my service. Honest mistake I’m sure but nevertheless attempted to charge me. Oddly enough that same day somehow 5,000 they attempted to charge me for my service. Honest mistake I’m sure but nevertheless attempted to charge me. Oddly enough that same day somehow 5,000+ of my FordPass rewards where redeemed that I did not use. More
