Absolutely the worst service experience ever. Took our 2013 Mustang in on a Tuesday to get air conditioner repaired. We did not have an appointment but we’re told they would diagnose the problem and get b 2013 Mustang in on a Tuesday to get air conditioner repaired. We did not have an appointment but we’re told they would diagnose the problem and get back with a quote. Late in the day I reached out to them, and was told they didn’t get to it but would “first thing in the morning “. They didn’t get around to it Wednesday or Thursday either. Picked up the car Friday without it being repaired. They kept the car all week. The only communication was when we contacted them. Not one update. I will never say never again, but it is my intention to never step foot in this place again. More

I bought the 18 F150 in late Feburary..the right rear door handle wasnt working..salesman said they would take care of it..took it up there the following week and after 3 hrs they said they needed to ord door handle wasnt working..salesman said they would take care of it..took it up there the following week and after 3 hrs they said they needed to order the part to repair. The part came in, they had to reschedule because they didnt have a loaner as promised. So i rescheduled a few weeks out so they could provide me with a loaner. Dropped it off, they kept it for a day and called and said it was repaired. I drive from Asheboro the next morning again to pick up what i thought was a repaired truck...but no change , it still doesnt work properly. Spoke with the service manager and he told me i would another 2 week before they had another loaner..i kinda think i will have to fix it myself. More
