I’ve been here 4 times - 2 sales calls & 2 service calls. All 4 times have been during the pandemic and in every instance they pretend to take the mask policy seriously by having their greeter receptionist a All 4 times have been during the pandemic and in every instance they pretend to take the mask policy seriously by having their greeter receptionist and cashiers wear masks and ask customers to but sales people congregate inside all over without them and service people work inside your cars without them so it’s not a safe place to be! I bought a mustang elsewhere. The two services I’ve had done were both bad. The first time was an expensive mustang works oil/filter change that the technician didn’t recommend a cabin filter change that was needed and even didn’t know how to put parts back on the car after inspection. The filter wasn’t put back on right and plastic pieces and covers were falling off as my child drove his car. When I told management of my dissatisfaction with the previous service he only offered to change the $65 cabin filter correctly this time. So I was told it would cost me $52 oil/filter works + $65 and tax so around $125 no discounted 2nd service or anything. The bill I got included another $10 for disposal fee. Seriously! Is that not part of an oil change?! I asked it be removed and was basically told no even though I had not been quoted that or agreed to it. This is after I had to sit for a couple of hours in their waiting room watching repairmen walk in and out maskless a receptionist that only pulls hers up when people walk in but has it off behind customers backs and a manager that wear it only over his mouth. So I don’t feel safe and I’m charged more than we previously agreed to and they don’t care if you’re giving them a second try after dumb mistakes the first time. They really don’t care if I continue as a customer. Oh yes they never reported to me on the brake life I have left and had to be reminded to check the battery. More

In town for work, so not my regular dealer but was very pleased and will return. They discovered the oil drain plug was stripped and ready to fail. They replaced the defective part, did the lube service fo pleased and will return. They discovered the oil drain plug was stripped and ready to fail.
