Just bought my fourth new car there. I have always been very satisfied with both the sales and service department. There is one sales person I would like to say is the best person there to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I trust him enough that this is the guy I want to deal with. I always ask for him when I am thinking of trading. As always the service was great and the staff knowledgeable about all products provided. When you come is the person usually a woman is warm and welcoming. This time I dealt cashed out with a man who informed me of tire options and made sure I knew details of each option like whom had warranty or not plus extras like hazards and tire types like all season or certain terrain. Your warranty are worthless. Sales gimmick. You should not buy a single extra warranty. Had an 8000 dollars repair done it’s it’s still broken. I cold have just put a new engine in it. Very poor management and customer service. Went for oil change. Initially, I was told by the service advisor Roland that they can possibly do the oil change but it would be at least a 30 minute wait. My ca change. Initially, I was told by the service advisor Roland that they can possibly do the oil change but it would be at least a 30 minute wait. My car was in and out in 10 minutes or less. My washer fluid was still empty which indicates fluid levels were not checked. Roland said he was the manager but could not tell me what is included in multipoint inspection and said he did not know if it was even done. I asked him to check with the technician and he said he left at 3:30 without checking. It was 3:30 when my car was brought out. They close at 4pm. Manager did not offer to check my car or bring it back to make sure I got the services I paid for. I will never bring my car to Quick Lane again. This was not the service I was used to getting from Green Ford. The woman who worked at the counter in the past was extremely friendly and always helpful. More
