Very poor management and customer service. Went for oil change. Initially, I was told by the service advisor Roland that they can possibly do the oil change but it would be at least a 30 minute wait. My ca change. Initially, I was told by the service advisor Roland that they can possibly do the oil change but it would be at least a 30 minute wait. My car was in and out in 10 minutes or less. My washer fluid was still empty which indicates fluid levels were not checked. Roland said he was the manager but could not tell me what is included in multipoint inspection and said he did not know if it was even done. I asked him to check with the technician and he said he left at 3:30 without checking. It was 3:30 when my car was brought out. They close at 4pm. Manager did not offer to check my car or bring it back to make sure I got the services I paid for. I will never bring my car to Quick Lane again. This was not the service I was used to getting from Green Ford. The woman who worked at the counter in the past was extremely friendly and always helpful. More

Tell me how you drive a car for 6 miles and determine the transmission is okay. The book to the car says otherwise, so now the dealership and the advisers super red the manufacturer? You had my new car for almost 2 weeks to fix the emergency brake.It was not until I called Ford motor that my salesman returned my calls. All and all your dealership is substandard. Then at the last minute you said there was a deposit that is not so. I am coming in tomorrow to get my old car back or you can say that no deposit is due. God help me if I ever buy another car from you. More
