I was impressed that they took my vehicle back on time for the service, The Works, and they changed my oil and had me finished in 40 minutes, which could be a record. They informed me that my tires are dry rotted, which they don’t look dry rotted to me, but they are at 3 mm left of tread so it’s time for new tires. Amazing to me that no one in the dealership is wearing a mask, and my car was not sanitized afterward. This is a dangerous global pandemic and you’d think that Ford of all companies would be concerned with keeping their employees and customers safe. More

My car was in for service and it took them 8 business days to get it fixed and returned! Not happy and the Asst service manager Chris was not able to provide detailed information nor put a technician on days to get it fixed and returned! I brought a print out showing what needed to be replaced but the person that checked me in said that didn’t have anything to do with my problem, because he didn’t read far enough. So they put the wrong part but the person that checked me in said that didn’t have anything to do with my problem, because he didn’t read far enough. So they put the wrong part on and charged me $435 and they could not drive it out of parking space for me to drive it home. So, now they have ordered the right part and wait for it to come in. In the meantime I have no way to get around. More

Jessi was very nice on the phone. People that were there are very friendly and it was funny because we were there on Halloween and some of the workers dressed up. Everybody was super helpful. Brandon Bellerand was very helpful to us and answered every question that we ask and did a follow up call yesterday. I give him a 5 stars. I give them all a 5 stars too. And even if we had a question when I got home I would email him and he would answer me right away. I like that the suv is covered for life of the car. I would buy from them again if I would need a vehicle. And Jessi text me the day after to congratulated me. And the guy that did the finish up was Dustin Bell he was the one that did the papers work. I’ve been there 3 times, I asked for the old transmission part when they replaced it so I know that it was replaced, and didn’t get it, was also there for a bad wheel bearing, they said both my axles were br part when they replaced it so I know that it was replaced, and didn’t get it, was also there for a bad wheel bearing, they said both my axles were broke, ?? I drove it there! They rebuilt one cv shaft , broke off a caliper bleeder and said I needed to by a caliper, said I was good to go, same bad wheel bearing making noise on the way home, I replaced the wheel bearing myself, there is more but I don’t care anymore, never going back and will tell everyone to avoid them More
