Although my sales rep and the young lady who was training with Brandon were phenomenal, I felt like the time it took at each stage of the process was extremely long. Likewise, I do not feel that the manager with Brandon were phenomenal, I felt like the time it took at each stage of the process was extremely long. Likewise, I do not feel that the manager was totally transparent with me, and unfortunately that resulted in my monthly payment being $50 over what I stated over and over that I could do. I won’t make the same mistake twice, for sure! (The issue came when signing the final papers and the gap insurance has to be added to the agreed upon monthly payment. The manager knew that would be the situation but failed to mention that to me.). Also, with purchasing a brand new vehicle, I would have thought that a full tank of gas would be provided!!! Likewise, floor mats were not provided in the car and I had to make a return trip for those. Obviously not a big deal, but one more piece of the frustration. Again, Brandon Flynt was informative, honest, helpful, and professional. Has it not been for him, would not have bought my Escape!! More
