Took longer than expected I brought in a recently purchased used Escape that I bought for my kids. I knew it needed something to fix the airbag system, but found it needed new I brought in a recently purchased used Escape that I bought for my kids. I knew it needed something to fix the airbag system, but found it needed new tires as well. The service guy (Mickey) callee me at the end of the day to say they hadn’t been able to check it yet. The next day I had to call after lunch to find out the status, and was told the part didn’t make the shipment. Again, the third day I had to call to get an update and was told it should be done that day. I didn’t expect it to take three days to fix a seat belt, and also didn’t know I would need to be the one to chase down the status. A little disappointed. More

By late afternoon, the car was not ready for pickup however the 2nd recall was indeed being worked on. I left the car overnight and it was ready at 1pm the next day. Too bad the scheduling could not have been explained to me when i dropped car off. More
