Also the cleaning of the car was not to the standard that I expected from a dealership that is so professional up to the point of taking ownership of the car. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE My car was bought to the Ford dealership for a service issue. Contacted by one of the guys with the price to repair the problem on the vehicle, so I m My car was bought to the Ford dealership for a service issue. Contacted by one of the guys with the price to repair the problem on the vehicle, so I made a claim with my insurance company. When the adjuster contacted the Ford dealership he was on able to locate my vehicle the team said the vehicle was not at the dealership. Once the vehicle was located it was the determine that it was a total loss. I went to Remove my personal belongings from the vehicle and needed a screwdriver to remove the tags and I was told by the people in the service department that they did not have a flat head screwdriver. I had to drive back home 20 minutes to get a screwdriver to remove my tags. Overall the customer service just sucked. More
