Lack of interest from Service group Vehicle broke down on Wendover and had it towed to the closest Ford dealer, Green Ford. I had to call them every step of the way to find out progress. They apparently ran diagnostics and replaced a battery for $280. Picked up 2 days later and check engine light still on. Will take to a different dealer that wants service business. More

She also addressed to me that my car was going to take a bit longer due to a part on my car and when I had called her back about a question pertaining to my car (before I was assigned a service worker) I was told “I only handle loaner cars remember?” As I mentioned before, she was the one to address the part on my car initially.
