Sonia, the woman in the loaner car department came off a little rude. She did not seem willing to help with questions. She also addressed to me that my car was going to take a bit longer due to a part on my car and when I had called her back about a question pertaining to my car (before I was assigned a service worker) I was told “I only handle loaner cars remember?” As I mentioned before, she was the one to address the part on my car initially. Not Happy With My Experience I have purchased two cars from Green Ford in the past and had great experiences. This time, however, was not an experience I wish to repeat. I reached I have purchased two cars from Green Ford in the past and had great experiences. This time, however, was not an experience I wish to repeat. I reached out ahead of my visit and plainly stated what range I needed my payments and what I was looking to purchase. Someone contacted me and said they could help me with what I needed. I went to the dealership on a Monday evening and the price was above what I had said I wanted. When I wasn't happy with the payment presented I was told if I couldn't afford that payment then most likely I couldn't afford the payment I was asking for originally. Feeling insulted, I left. I got a call from them saying they found something that may work. I went in the following Tuesday after work and spoke with a different salesman. I test drove the car and it seemed fine. It had a tremble when you mashed the brakes. I commented on it. Our salesman insisted he didn't feel anything. He preferred to speak to my husband instead of me even though I was the one purchasing the car. Once we looked at the car in the dark we noticed a headlamp was out. The salesman arranged to have it fixed and to have it cleaned up since the cleaning crew had left for the day. I was to bring it back and leave it for the weekend to be cleaned and the headlamp fixed. I dropped it off that Saturday. Picked it up late Monday evening. The headlamp was fixed but it was not cleaned as promised. The dealership cleans up any car they sell. Well, except for mine I guess. The salesman also said he would ask the service department to check out the tremble while they were fixing the headlamp. It was not looked at. When I mentioned it again the salesman said. I can't help you the car was sold as is. To top it off on the way home the airbag malfunction message came on! I spoke with someone who called me to check on my experience about all of these issues and was told the manager would love to speak to me but he was tied up in meetings. I reached out through email and was told I would get a call at a specific time but no one ever called. It is sad to say but I will never buy from Green Ford again and I will definitely not recommend it to my friends and family. The whole experience left me feeling like I was tricked and cheated into buying a car that I will pay on for four years that most likely will break before it's paid for. I am not pleased at all with Green Ford. More
