Was inconvenienced by having to return to have my TPMS Sensor reset which should have been done BEFORE they completed servicing my car at completion of rotating my tires. 🙄 I purchased four vehicles from Sensor reset which should have been done BEFORE they completed servicing my car at completion of rotating my tires. 🙄 I purchased four vehicles from Green Ford in the past five years and scheduling service with them is a nightmare. They solicit for customers via email, snail mail and text yet when you try and schedule an appointment no one responds. It’s a joke. More
Help on short notice before Thanksgiving. I was having difficulty with my engine light coming on and off. I visited the dealership to discuss and the Service Manager took a personal interest I was having difficulty with my engine light coming on and off. He arranged for a service appointment the day before Thanksgiving, and my car was repaired the same day for a worry free trip. Thank you! More

The sales team has always helped me out in finding the cars I want and pay attention to my needs; Uriah Rorie was exceptional when he helped me order my newest mustang. Even going into the financing department, the financing person that I met with helped me out sorting through the paperwork and he really helped me out with understanding the warranties offered and helped me find the best warranties for my needs. The follow up on my recall service appt. was very weak. I had to call multiple times to try to see if my car was ready. When I finally picked it up I had a brake failure within 2 miles be was very weak. I had to call multiple times to try to see if my car was ready. When I finally picked it up I had a brake failure within 2 miles because they did not fully tighten the new brake hose connections (very dangerous). Apparently no post-maintenance test drive was done? When I took the car back it was immediately fixed. The only other good thing was your awesome shuttle bus driver. More
