The follow up on my recall service appt. was very weak. I had to call multiple times to try to see if my car was ready. When I finally picked it up I had a brake failure within 2 miles be was very weak. I had to call multiple times to try to see if my car was ready. Apparently no post-maintenance test drive was done? When I took the car back it was immediately fixed. The only other good thing was your awesome shuttle bus driver. More

The car (2000 Focus ZTS) was towed into Green Ford Lincoln on Sep 30. The problem was not evaluated until I submitted a poor review approximately four weeks later. Notification that the agreed upon work was finally completed came on Nov 17. Apparently this job was treated as fill-in only, to be accomplished between Scheduled Jobs. As a long-time customer of Green Ford Lincoln, I am very disappointed by this experience. More
