The car (2000 Focus ZTS) was towed into Green Ford Lincoln on Sep 30. The problem was not evaluated until I submitted a poor review approximately four weeks later. Notification that the agreed upon work was finally completed came on Nov 17. Apparently this job was treated as fill-in only, to be accomplished between Scheduled Jobs. I have tried to contact them since Monday in regards to my gap coverage that was canceled and I went there to cancel my warranty and instead my gap was canceled. This is poor customer service and I am not pleased especially since I have had issues with my car since I bought it in May. Also, I went to try to get my car serviced and the front end looked at, at quick lane and they told me they don't have the proper equipment to work on Mazdas but yet I was told they inspect the cars that are not fords so how was this car able to be sold if they don't have the proper equipment to work on it? Just my thoughts. The Customer service is not there. More
