Not very organized Nobody called me to tell me about the progress of my car's service all day. I called to check because it was 4:45pm and I knew service is closing at 5 Nobody called me to tell me about the progress of my car's service all day. I called to check because it was 4:45pm and I knew service is closing at 5pm. The first time I called they transferred my call and nobody answered. The second a lady that she didn't have a good day at work answered the phone she wasn't polite at all and told me they haven't assessed the damage yet and I will have to leave my vehicle there until whenever. When I said that they should let me know earlier and asked if they have a loaner so I can go to work she rudely told me that I can pick it up now and make another appointment. I told her to leave it there of course and I will figure it out. Then another lady called me and she was very nice, she told me that my car is ready to pick up. When I asked about the damage she said it is not severe. Because I had this conversation with the first lady I still feel my car was pushed out and I am not sure if the clutch is good to go... It drives better I admit but the experience was not good. Also I had an appointment at 8:45am and I think if they have got to my car at 9am it would be ready by 2pm maximum since they said the clutch wasn't damaged. Everything starts wrong from taking fake appointments. I wouldn't mind to bring it 2 weeks later and have a real appointment. More

Fine service Warranty work was time consuming due to diagnosis and parts ordering. I was basically kept informed of the repair status.
