I won't go to another dealership, but Green Ford! I had a wonderful experience with Kerry! Although I came in thinking I wouldn't get approved, he made sure I was comfortable. Needless to say, he got I had a wonderful experience with Kerry! Although I came in thinking I wouldn't get approved, he made sure I was comfortable. Needless to say, he got me approved and drove off the lot in my 2012 Buick Enclave that I spotted online! I absolutely love it! Smoking stinks I am very happy with the overall quality of the work your guys do. However I have a terminal genetic lung disease, and the last thing I needed was to I am very happy with the overall quality of the work your guys do. However I have a terminal genetic lung disease, and the last thing I needed was to be hit in the face with cigarette smoke. The policy for smokers should be out back not where you get out if your car. Upon leaving a customer was sitting on the bench where I should've been able to sit, but alas I spent my time in a coughing fit due to the smoke as far away as possible. Had I noticed them in time, I'd gone a different way. You should give some thought about smoking in the service & pick up area More

Recall work messed up my car I took my 2013 Ford Focus to Green Ford in Greensboro, NC on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 for the most recent recall I was notified about by mail conce I took my 2013 Ford Focus to Green Ford in Greensboro, NC on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 for the most recent recall I was notified about by mail concerning the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) not being updated as intended. This could result in the Canister Purge Valve (CPV) malfunctioning, possibly causing excessive vacuum in the fuel vapor management system. Let me make it clear, the car was not having any issues at all before scheduling the recall work. I was only trying to be proactive since I was notified by Ford that my vehicle could be affected. I picked it up the same day, and although the car was NOT having any issues prior to taking it in for the recall work, it immediately began stalling and the engine light came on. I called them and took it back on Monday, September 23 (because they were too busy to look at it before then) and the same problem happened AGAIN after picking it up a second time. I took it back to them again on Wednesday evening, September 25. They called today Thursday, September 26 and told me that the problem is not with the recall, but rather the catalytic converter and it will cost $1400 to fix. Of course I’m not happy about this phone call at all because, like I said, the car had NO issues before taking it in for the recall work and being told it was “coincidence” the problem started immediately after the recall work and that it not having issues before is my “perception” of the situation. Also, the OBD codes do not and have not indicated anything wrong with the catalytic converter or O2 sensor... The code that has been registering is U0140 - lost communication with body control module. As a result of the way I’ve been treated, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This will be the last Ford I ever own and I will drive to another state before I ever trust Green Ford Service department with anything I own. More
