Communication is the Key I scheduled an appointment with the Green Ford Service department for Tuesday, Oct. 1st at 7:30am. My car was jerking and shuddering and I figured it I scheduled an appointment with the Green Ford Service department for Tuesday, Oct. 1st at 7:30am. My car was jerking and shuddering and I figured it was due to the transmission/clutch recall. I dropped my car promptly at 7:30am. I never heard anything from the service department so I called at 2:45pm. I was put on hold and then told my car needed the transmission replaced and my service man was at lunch and would return my call regarding the status of my car. I never heard a single word until I called back the next morning at 9:15am where I was told my service man would call me back. I received a call back 15mins later when I was told my car would be ready pickup. The inconvenience of not having my vehicle for two days would not be as frustrating if I had been informed in a timely matter what was going on. More

I would highly recommend anyone to come in and see for yourself. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past 3 years. A 2016 fusion and a 2016 F150 Lariat. Easy buying experience I haven’t bought a car from Green in 20 years. Prior to that I had purchased 3 from them. I considered them the most aggressive (polite way to say sle I haven’t bought a car from Green in 20 years. Prior to that I had purchased 3 from them. I considered them the most aggressive (polite way to say sleazy) sales people I have ever dealt with.
