On a recent visit they employed listening devices to pinpoint source of a road noise I noted (was RF wheel bearing). This is the 4th Ford vehicle I have had serviced here since 2002. Sync media not working after the oil change Did oil change and when riding back found that sync media ( audio ) not working... bluetooth, USB not working. Went back and one of the executives tried to fix it by unplugging the battery and plugging it back after 15 mins, but it didn't work. And they gave a estimate of $900 to fix it. NOTE: the audio was working absolutely fine before the oil change. More
