Unsatisfied Customer My vehicle was covered under warranty so I had to have it serviced free of charge. I called to state that I would be dropping my vehicle off (& pickin My vehicle was covered under warranty so I had to have it serviced free of charge. I called to state that I would be dropping my vehicle off (& picking up) after service department hours due to me working in another city. I was advised that they would have it for 2 days so I made accommodations to get to & from work that Tuesday & Wednesday. When I dropped it off, I advised receptionist & Serviceman that I was also in the process of moving & wasn’t able to locate my spare key so I needed to ensure that my key was not locked inside the vehicle, that I would just pick it up from receptionist desk before closing for the day. I received a call at work Wednesday stating that my vehicle was ready. I called back to reiterate that the keys not be locked inside for pickup & was reassured that they would not, that I could actually send someone to get the key I would simply need to call back with their name. I called back to state that I would in fact pick up myself. When I called at 6:07pm to state that I was on the way via Uber (that I paid for) it all went downhill. I was told that my key was not left out by the after hours receptionist. I asked to speak with a Manager and spoke with Harold whom also informed me that not only was my key left out, my vehicle couldn’t be found! I provided my tag number and of course started to panic because where could my vehicle be?! Harold seemed to be nonchalant about it and asked if I could come Thursday before work which I advised him that I couldn’t because I was already in Uber and that I didn’t have enough time to prepare for transportation to work with such short notice. He then stated that he didn’t know what to tell me but he didn’t know where my key nor vehicle was at. I arrived at the dealership a little before 6:30pm and requested to speak with someone over Harold and explained the situation. Eventually my vehicle was brought to the front with key but I didn’t leave there until well after 7pm. More

Always courteous and Great Service Ashley and Chad are always courteous and Ashley always greets me by my name. I had an issue with my car not starting and Chad diagnosed the problem as Ashley and Chad are always courteous and Ashley always greets me by my name. I had an issue with my car not starting and Chad diagnosed the problem as a loose battery connection ( AAA had installed a new battery on Saturday and the car died on Monday.) They didn’t charge me anything to fix the problem, even though it wasn’t anything they did. An unscrupulous mechanic could have said I needed an expensive alternator repair, but My Ford Dealership (Green Ford) is always honest and fair priced. My car is 9 years old (210,647 miles) and Green Ford does a great job keeping it in good running condition. I would highly recommend this dealership and service dept. More
Good experience Was in for recall work. Waited about 15 minutes for shuttle but I was early. Great guy driving the shuttle. Car was fixed about when I expected. Calle Was in for recall work.
