They don't hold up to their word. Took my van in for servicing and to have it fixed it was never fixed. Spent over $1,500 for it to turn around and do the same thing less than a week Took my van in for servicing and to have it fixed it was never fixed. Dealership told me that they would fix it free of charge because the parts that they had just put on was under warranty. Took the van back to have them do it and they tried to charge me another $1,500. Spoke to someone in service got attitude spoke someone and customer service and was told there was nothing I could do about it. Asked for management no one showed. So now I'm stuck with the van and still having issues and I'm out of $1,500. When I initially took my van in they told me it would be a one day fix. They had my van for 5 days. I asked if they had a program car or some car that was rentable and nothing was giving no service or help was giving in that area. I lost out of time of work and now I'm out of money on both ends More
