Terrible customer service experience After dropping the car off at a scheduled 8am appointment for recalls and a check engine light likely related to one of the recalls, we anticipated pi After dropping the car off at a scheduled 8am appointment for recalls and a check engine light likely related to one of the recalls, we anticipated picking the car back up later that evening. After hearing nothing all day, I called around 5:30 to check the status. Since my advisor Kenneth was gone for the day as was the technicians, we got no updates but was told to call back in the morning. I called at 8:30am to find that advisor Kenneth was off on that day but the guy that answered the phone checked with the tech and said the car would be ready in an hour. We waited for a call that never came. Around 1:15 I called again and after explaining the story again the lady that answered the phone spoke to whatever lady that was handling Kenneth’s customers and said the car would be ready at 2. I asked should we just come at 2 or wait for a call. She said wait for a call. So at 2:30 after hearing nothing, I called back and the same lady said the car was ready. Upon arriving, we were sent to the cashier to checkout. After standing there for 10 minutes, she said she didn’t have the paperwork and we needed to talk to Kenneth ( who wasn’t working per above). We walked back out and finally talked with Chad who got us squared away. Needless to say that was the worst experience I’ve had at a service center. Driving to the next city might be worth it if I can actually get information about my vehicle without calling. More
Problem not fixed I dropped off my car in for a rattle in the front under the drivers side door and for a normal service. I was called and told that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I went to pick up my car, signed the paperwork and left. I didn’t pay attention that on the paperwork it said they were not able to detect the noise and so the issue was not resolved. While driving home from Green Ford, I heard the rattling, when I reach a stop light I looked at the paperwork and saw they had stated they could not detect the noise. I am sorry but, you would have to be hard of hearing not to hear this noise. Needless to say I am going to have to schedule another appointment and have them work on it again. Good grief...this is the 3rd time I have had my vehicle in the shop for this same issue. I love my Ford Edge but I am very frustrated with Green Ford. More

Quick I was told it would take a hour maybe 2 hours and they were finished in 30 minutes. No timely communication I had my 2016 transit van towed to green ford on Wednesday July 3rd after hours. They informed me over the phone when notified them I was having it towed there it probably would not be looked at until the 8th the following monday. I called monday evening had not even pulled it in yet. Was not until Wednesday the 10th around 4pm after I had called twice found out what was going on with my van. Alot of damaged done due to a broken drive shaft a (Recall malfunction) . Was informed parts needed to ordered and take couple days to get there. I asked could I get a loaner van since it was due to a recall problem and was told did not have any available. So on monday evening the 15th I called ford to get update parts had not arrived. I called again on Wednesday the 17th and was told it was another vehicle in the bay my van needed to go in and would not be pulled in until Thursday evening the 18th and hopefully get started on Friday morning. I called at 2pm on friday was told my agent was at lunch would have her call when get back. 4pm comes no call so I call back at 5:10pm and speaks with agent and she tells me it's ready and we close at 6pm. I was not able to get there by 6pm so had to pickup next day the 20th. They had my van for 2 weeks and not once did they call me on their own to update me on anything. Plus I had to rent a vehicle for those 2 weeks because I still had to work. I am really not satisfied with the service that was rendered and will be going to kernersville or liberty next time. More
