Just okay They did a good job getting me in and out. Horrible Service I dropped my car off to Green Ford in June 20th and just received it back on June 27th. If I didn’t make phone calls for updates on my car it would still be sitting up there. I still don’t even know the details on the repairs because no one will tell me anything. They keep transferring me to Ashley who doesn’t answer the phone and just brushed me completely off..... I would not recommend Green Ford to anyone, and I will never take my car back. The service is horrible. I must say that the lady that filled out the paperwork for me to get a loaner was AMAZING!!!!!! She deserves 5stars, but everyone else gets a 0 More

Service completed as agreed and total cost was as estimated. Appreciated the call when they found additional repairs needed. 100,000 mile service. Ready to drive my next 100,000 miles! More

Left feeling overcharged A service was added and charged to me without my consent. However it was removed when I pointed it out. The oil change and cabin filter costed more A service was added and charged to me without my consent. However it was removed when I pointed it out. The oil change and cabin filter costed more at this facility then it would have costed across the street at the Lincoln dealership quick Lane owned by Green Ford. I pre priced this when I bought a battery there the month before. When I pointed this out after being told the total of my bill, I was told that car technicians worked on my car at the Ford Service Center. This makes me wonder who works on the cars at the Quick Lane across the street. I was then informed that the Quick Lane across the street (probably own by Green) is a national chain. I understand this and pointed out they also had Quick Lane on the store sign on the front of their facility. Also when I drove my car into the service center and turned my key over to the attendent the attendent wrote down what extras I wanted then asked me if I wanted my tires rotated. I asked him the cost and was told it would be $10.00 extra. According to my bill this is included in the price of the oil change and makes me wonder what the $10.00 charge was for at the end of my invoice. My advice, do your homework on pricing and don't assume just because a facility across the street and owned/managed by Green Ford that the pricing will be the same at all Green Ford facilities. More

I cannot remember all the names of people I was in contact with, but they were all courteous, and helpful. More
