Very busy & perhaps overwhelmed When I scheduled the drop-off, I was warned there was a one or two day wait to get in. Since I had an electrical problem with a Ford hybrid (the thir When I scheduled the drop-off, I was warned there was a one or two day wait to get in. Since I had an electrical problem with a Ford hybrid (the third time I’d had this exact problem in the last three years), I felt it should be at a dealer. It did take a long time (11 working days until all repairs done). They only called me one time with any update or status during the entire period. Every other call and communication was initiated by me. After 4 working days, I was told it was ready. While on my way there, they called (the only call) to tell me that it wouldn’t start (the reason it was there). Four days later I was told it was ready. When I arrived & paid. After 20 min they said they couldn’t find it. About 20 min later, they found it, but couldn’t find the key. They said they would make one, but after another 15 or 20 min, said they couldn’t because it was a keyless system, and it had to be “on” to program a new key, and they couldn’t have that done until Monday (it was about 3:00 PM on a Friday). No loaner was available (this was day 9). I picked it up on Monday. All of the access covers in the trunk area were off and loose in the trunk area when I opened it later on. Very seriously considering selling the Ford C-Max. They did give me the new key fob, but never found the old one. The service did not impress me. They are probably much better, and I caught a tough time, but communication was poor throughout. More
