Unorgaized Express & the works scheduled service on our 2018 focus. Dropped off 1/2 hr before appointment time. Told service advisor I was going out to lunch, bu Express & the works scheduled service on our 2018 focus. Dropped off 1/2 hr before appointment time. Told service advisor I was going out to lunch, but would be back soon. Upon return was in customer waiting area. After two hours asked for status of my car. Cashier couldn’t find paper work. Went to service advisor, he couldn’t find paperwork. Went back to cashier, they finally located it. Big question is HOW LONG HAD I BEEN WAITING WHEN MY CAR WAS FINISHED. Had I not inquired how much longer would I have sat there? I purchased my car from this dealership & feel a little patronage. More
No communication and lack of fully doing work Dropped 2018 mustang GT convertible off mainly for transmission work. Also asked them to look into convertible lock/radio issue, rear brakes wearing Dropped 2018 mustang GT convertible off mainly for transmission work. Also asked them to look into convertible lock/radio issue, rear brakes wearing funny and passengers seat making clicking sound when moving back and forth when the drivers side does not make that sound. Also asked them to get a part needed for the sun visor from the parts department that we had already called and talked to parts about. Transmission was fixed, but they didn’t say anything about the brakes, part was not gotten and sun visor was not fixed. They’re telling me the radio going mute when the convertible top is engaged and disengaged is normal. And they didn’t hear a clicking in the passenger seat. No communication for 3 days. Transmission fix was simple if they had cared. It’s all over the web that it needed a transmission reprogram. Sun visor should have and could have been fixed. The car is still under factory warranty. They didn’t even bother at least getting the part from the parts department for us. No reason for them not to fix that. And now the radio is muting even when not engaging and disengaging convertible top. Simply put, they don’t care. More
Bad service I don’t think paying just to diagnose a problem is fair when you don’t find the solution. My repair was two days beyond the date given because the mechanic had personal issues and my question is is there no one to cover when one person has to be out? I didn’t get the feeling they appreciated my $667 all I can say is I won’t ever use them again .. I am in the market for Late model GT 350 but green ford is not an option at this point. More

Asked for a multipoint inspection.Cost $130. For that fee, I expect to get some type of written report; what was looked at? At a Labor rate of $100/hour, I expect more. Total bill was about $100 more than expected. Overall I have had a better customer experience at Rice Toyota and Crown Honda. I presume Dean Green is much more focused on his lucrative auto auction business More
