It was a great experience until it wasn’t We thought this was going quit well, as everyone seemed very efficient. As we were taking possession of our new car I asked for the second key. I was told this car came from the auction with only one key. This is a 2019 with less than 11,000 miles. One would expect a second key, let alone one would expect it to have been disclosed before we took possession. We were told by the sales rep he do what he can, but we may need to purchase one for around $300.00 . We have reached out to him there times, he was working on it. We are now not getting a response from him. We were also told we had a trial for Sirius radio for 90 days. It’s gone after two weeks. Feeling dissatisfied at this point. Joanne Williams More

Voodo Math Poor communication wow read I am disgusted with customer service took 1 week to get temp tags and Plates which were paid for.. Had to call 4 times to get plates. Delership made.claims did nor get check from USSA. till late wed. Wed. GOT CHECK IN MORNING wed. CALLED Saturday explained had 96 hours. RECEIPTIONIST said no manager working. Put on hold for 15 to 20 min. Hung up called back told receptionist wanted to buy a car. Immediately sales manager picked up forwarded call then transferred to salesmen who said he fedex plates over night on wed.( Plates were sent via UPS Thursday night) Be careful dealing with Greenford. During haggle 9.99 fiance was better than 3.9 Usaa rate.? Wish we went to Ford dealership down the road where I bought a Ford Escape 2017 last Sept.
