Poor customer service Normally my visits are pretty good here a green Ford but this last visit was terrible due to the technician blowing me off and not listening to what I Normally my visits are pretty good here a green Ford but this last visit was terrible due to the technician blowing me off and not listening to what I was trying to tell him. I also had a notification had received last week for my oil change to be a certain price and when I got there I asked him about it because I couldn't remember what the email had said and he said well we'll figure it out later. When I brought it up to him again at checkout he basically told me well that's not right this is what it is and deal with it and walks off. I found the email shortly after I left and figure out the name of what the coupon was for and it was for the "Works" that did state what I said and was cheaper than what I was charged but I was so upset about the poor customer service from the tech that I didn't even go back to show it. More
