The willingness and ability to help throughout greatly aided in the process and made purchasing the vehicle at a distance an easier process. More

Recalls I worked with Chad on getting some warrantee recalls done. Specifically the airbag recall which needed to be scheduled because of the high demand. They were able to arrange a loaner car for me while the service was being performed. They called me as soon as vehicle was ready. Picked vehicle up in late afternoon, returned loaner car, had own vehicle brought up to me. Everyone was very professional and courteous during the entire experience. Was probably my best experience with a dealer service department. More
