Took too long and didn't do what I asked I was told it would take a half day for recall work. I asked to add oil change, tire rotation and inspection. At 4pm I checked and was not done. To I was told it would take a half day for recall work. I asked to add oil change, tire rotation and inspection. At 4pm I checked and was not done. Told be less then an hour. I arrived at 5pm and was told was almost done. It was not ready till about 6pm. Got home and checked the receipt and found the inspection was not done. Called to complain and got a VM. No one returned my call. More

Terrible, scammed Went to get a new key and have the MyKey feature turned off. After the service was “done”, I was charged an extra $15 for the MyKey to be turned off a Went to get a new key and have the MyKey feature turned off. After the service was “done”, I was charged an extra $15 for the MyKey to be turned off after the guy asked if he wanted us to do it since they were going to be in those settings anyway, without mentioning they were going to charge for it. When I got home, I found out they had not turned it off and I had to fix the settings myself. More

It was Mother's Day weekend and I had a trip planned so it meant a lot. this is not the first time she has taken care of me when I was turned down by other employees. I have purchase several King Ranches from Green Ford and we all know they are not cheap. IF ASHLEY EVER LEAVES GREEN FORD I WILL BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. My wait time for service on my truck was about 30 min, they got me processed in and out with 20k service with a video explaining the checkpoints that the technician viewed for that required maintenance for this time frame. The service manager questioned this and waited for me to accept it as is. I didn’t and he and his supervisor said they would order one and call me. They didn’t call so I called and was told the part was in stock. On arrival the service manager said maybe 10 words to me. The most unhelpful unfriendly customer service I have experienced and I work in customer service. More
