Computer service. I had the computer fail in my F-150, the new computer had to be ordered. The part didn't arrive until the next day, the service tech got it done. Fixed but disappointed Took a couple of days to determine the issue with my truck. I called Friday afternoon and had to leave a message and never received a call back. Picked up truck Monday afternoon and nobody ever went over the bill or explained what was done other than replacing the fuel pump. Had a question about a extended warranty and towing that was never answered. Disappointed after spending over $1000.00. More

Didn't get fixed. My engine turned off 3 times while I was driving. They made repairs but the next day it happened again.
