Passenger air bag replacement While having the passenger air bag replaced, the bezel around the gear lever was damaged. The service manager questioned this and waited for me to accept it as is. I didn’t and he and his supervisor said they would order one and call me. They didn’t call so I called and was told the part was in stock. On arrival the service manager said maybe 10 words to me. The most unhelpful unfriendly customer service I have experienced and I work in customer service. More
Not pleased with Ford Took my car in for airbag recall Sunday night and was called at 3 to say it was ready. A gentleman got my car and when I got in the airbag light was on So I drove to service entrance and told the man that was assigned to my car at service in the entrance. He kept asking was the light on when I brought it in I said no he asked about 3 times he said ford won’t pay if light is not part of the replacement of airbag I said sir the light was not on. I sat an hour and half after I told my ride that the gentleman had gone to get my car. I didn’t see the gentleman that got my car earlier the man that I gave my key to at service just came out gave me the key didn’t say anything about the problem. So I had to beep my key to find my car and I’m in a boot from having foot surgery. Very disappointed. More
Overall good experience. Cameron was awesome & answered every question I asked w/o hesitation. Computer service. I had the computer fail in my F-150, the new computer had to be ordered. The part didn't arrive until the next day, the service tech got it done. Fixed but disappointed Took a couple of days to determine the issue with my truck. I called Friday afternoon and had to leave a message and never received a call back. Picked up truck Monday afternoon and nobody ever went over the bill or explained what was done other than replacing the fuel pump. Had a question about a extended warranty and towing that was never answered. Disappointed after spending over $1000.00. More
Didn't get fixed. My engine turned off 3 times while I was driving. They made repairs but the next day it happened again.
