Recall of software for transmission in my Ford F-150. Once I got there everything was handled competently and efficiently. Getting to the appointment set up was a bit of a nightmare. My first call was ans Once I got there everything was handled competently and efficiently. Getting to the appointment set up was a bit of a nightmare. My first call was answered by a female that told me she needed to know the size of my engine. This info could not be found on any paperwork I had nor on any of the engine or side door info. Called back a second time to speak with a service manager and waited for over ten minutes and no one ever picked up or came back online to check on why I was still on hold. I then called Green Lincoln and told the service manager there how I was having issues. He very quickly found out the size of my engine and could not have been nicer. I then called back to Green Ford had a different female who asked the appropriate questions and was able to quickly set up an appointment for me. Needless to say getting to this point took over an hour but I did thank this last woman because she had a clue. Wish I could remember their names. More
