Kerry is an amazing person who will help you all he can. Dustin Bell was very pleasant to deal with also. No pressure, no smokescreens, again very upfront about the whole process and explained what I was signing and doing. Another really good person helping other people! Very disappointing! Again! We feal we will never return for any further services or sales. We had a complementary service from our recent auto purchase and was intending to schedule that service. We were Left with the only option to stop by early the morning of this service we are responding about. On arrival, there was little attention to accept the explanation of our issue. And resistance to taking the car for service, a simple oil change. At checkout there was no comprehension of the complimentary service and no help offered to resolve the confusion. Only a non apologetic bill. More
