Poor communication. Ordered parts and they picked up my truck,parts not there. Reordered parts,never called to say they were there,I called and parts were in,but they sa Ordered parts and they picked up my truck,parts not there. This was due to a recall.Truck messy when I picked up,had to reset all settings,seats,radio..Unsatisfactory . More

Don’t return calls or emails to schedule service. Don’t pick up the phone. Finally when you go in they can’t help you. They charged me for a part that they said they were ordering. Never heard from them again and I keep trying and trying. Crooks and the worst service ever. Absolutely have never seen anything like it. I own two Fords and would never buy another because of this service center. I have to go to a neighboring town or an unaffiliated garage for anything because this service center is so unprofessional.
