I scheduled my service (90,000 mile checkup and multiple issues) weeks out so that all could all be taken care of at once. My car was there for FIVE days (2 over weekend) bc no one was available to look at issues) weeks out so that all could all be taken care of at once. My car was there for FIVE days (2 over weekend) bc no one was available to look at it, even though it was scheduled way in advance so everything could be looked at. We have the extended warranty but of course that covered nothing and we had a $600sh bill. My husband has now checked the freon and its low. They couldnt even bother to check and see if that was my AC problem….just charged $200 to look at it and say they couldnt recreate my AC problem. I definitely would not recommend them! More
