My Expedition experienced an electrical short while I was parked at a shopping center parking lot. Finally it decided to start after about an hour and after calling a wrecker. This was not a battery problem parked at a shopping center parking lot. Finally it decided to start after about an hour and after calling a wrecker. This was not a battery problem as I diagnosed and your service department confirmed. My concern is two fold. First I asked to speak to a service rep before bringing the vehicle into your shop. This was denied and I was required to make an appointment. Secondly I brought the car in and your department was not able to diagnose the problem. Entire transaction was a waste of my time.
