Got my car towed in last Friday and was told they would diagnose what the issue was by Wednesday March 30th, here we are today April 1st with no response what so ever. I am carless and need this to be fixed asap, makes me not want to ever buy warranty’s from this company again so I can just take it to another service shop to have it fixed in a timely manner.
