Kept saying they would get back to me and did not. Refused to fix part of my car even when I asked them to. Ford knew that they were the only ones that could get near my engine due to the special tools needed to fix the leak near my engine. They took advantage of the fact that I couldn’t get the leak fixed anywhere else and tried to get money out of it. Very sexist in a way. My boyfriend took his car there ( mustang ) and they fixed parts of his car but refused to do a partial fix on my car. When I asked them if there was anything they could do. The mechanic told me that he would speak to his manager and get back with me. I never heard from him so I reached out a total of four times and every time there was an excuse. So I figured he would call me back when he found out if they could fix parts of my car and I still haven’t heard from him. This was in January. It’s almost been a whole month and still no phone call. I was a little skeptical because I have not had this car very long, but was doing the routine maintenance for the vehicle. I had a crisis with the vehicle after just having it serviced. Dig into whether or not your customers need help. I felt like they did not care at all what my situation was and would not budge from that at all. Cold very cold.
