One of the worst dealers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with not only did I order a truck and had a purchase agreement but they tried to raise the price after arrival they told me they didn’t care dealing with not only did I order a truck and had a purchase agreement but they tried to raise the price after arrival they told me they didn’t care if I purchased the truck they could sell to somebody else for more money when it came in it had massive amounts of damage to the tailgate hood and tow hooks it all came from the factory like this with paint mess ups it looks like somebody threw plate size things of mud on tailgate took a grinder to the hood when they stated they could fix it I waited another week for the body shop to repair a brand new truck it came back with a broken tail cap and scratched Ford logo scratches and tailgate hood damaged in tow hooks not fixed after a week I was told there collision manager quit and it would be a few more days once I showed up damage was still there I was assured they would fix it ASAP when I brought it right back to the body shop they had it for three straight weeks and upon pick up and going over the truck with the manager there was lots of damage debris in the paint that was painted over from poor quality assurance and scratches on the tailgate they never fixed the manager agreed they would call me the next Monday to set up fixing it in a loaner car and a full tank of diesel for my time however I never received a call I’ve tried five separate times to get a hold of them it’s obvious they are avoiding me at this point I put in a call to for corporate probably have to bring it to another dealer to fix the damage that the truck originally ride from the factory with It’s not that accidents don’t happen it’s how we handle them this is Beyond terrible for an $82,000 truck to have pain issues and damage that Ford doesn’t want to take care of green Ford is by far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with and I will not buy another Ford if Ford corporation doesn’t make it right. Another issue is when I purchased a truck when I ordered it I was told I didn’t qualify for any incentives until the vehicle arrived once it arrived any available incentives would be applied. At the time of arrival at the end of December green Ford offered 2500 assistance if you trade it in a vehicle under 100,000 miles which I did I was told that only applies to vehicles on the lot I guess since I ordered mine and it was on their lot it didn’t apply which is ridiculous. They were also offering a recent college grad or military $500 credit which I also qualified for both it was not given to me I also offered $1000 assistance if you financed through them I was told it had to be a vehicle on the lot when I brought it up they also offer a $500 coupon which I filled out upon ordering the truck off any vehicle at Green Ford they had no answer why they weren’t giving that to me in the end I was cheated out of $4500 even though I showed their manager their own website advertising this I told him it sounds like a bait and switch tactic which is illegal and he agreed it did sound like that and he would look into it however nothing came of it and once again green Ford showed how slimy they are as a corporation now I have a truck with paint damage on the hood tell hooks grill tailgate that was supposed of been fixed correctly and no $4500 it should’ve been applied to my purchase and now they won’t even contact me for Phil their own agreement this is all noted on what they Owe me Paperwork during the purchase what a terrible dealer in a Ford itself does not wanna step in and make it right I would tell Any Possible vehicle purchaser to beware by another brand by all means go to another dealer you’ve been warned terrible terrible terrible I have tried reaching out to management at all levels with no response what good is a warranty if they won’t honor it More

I went there with a coolant leak on my Ford Focus and was charged $180 for a diagnostic and for them to top off my antifreeze and was told nothing was wrong with my car (after I told them I have been having charged $180 for a diagnostic and for them to top off my antifreeze and was told nothing was wrong with my car (after I told them I have been having to add coolant to my car every single day in order to drive it.. obviously something is wrong!!.) I went on a road trip and my car had the same troubles with the leak causing me to not be able to drive it. I went to a local mechanic and they said my water pump was broken causing a major leak that should not have been able to go unnoticed. I then had to pay over $500 more for the actual problem to be fixed. $180 down the drain thanks to Ford. More
