Good visit as always I have given my visit 5 stars, because: Had scheduled appointment for an oil change online, and got the day and time I wanted. I arrived about 5 min. I have given my visit 5 stars, because: Had scheduled appointment for an oil change online, and got the day and time I wanted. I arrived about 5 min. before my appointment time, and was met by a young man that puts the protective cover on the driver's seat. He was friendly, and we talked for a moment or two as I was getting out of the car. The service consultant immediately asked if he could help me, and asked if I had an appt. He asked if the other young man was out in the car, and then went out to take the mileage. His name was Sam Littrell. He was open and friendly, and efficient. After I sign the forms, he gave me my drink token, and the estimated amount of time it would take, and said he would notify me if a problem arose. I went to the waiting room to read my e-book, and within the time frame he had given me, my car was oiled, and ready to go. He went over the inspection with me. I paid, and was on my way. More
