This time I received a call when it was ready--much better than awaiting word on the intercom in the waiting room. I had a 10a appointment for my 6 month planned maintenance. When I arrived there were cars backed up some 3 deep at each bay door. I had another appointment to get to (not expecting this delay a maintenance. When I arrived there were cars backed up some 3 deep at each bay door.
