Not pushy I call just a little but before closing and they pulled the keys and returned a call to let me know that the vehicle was there. So many other dealersh I call just a little but before closing and they pulled the keys and returned a call to let me know that the vehicle was there. So many other dealerships wouldn’t actually look and often didn’t have the vehicle. They stayed 2 hrs after closing to get us in the vehicle and didn’t hear not one complaint from anybody. More Than I Expected Jeff and I didn’t go looking to buy a car, honestly. We’ve known since last summer that the time was approaching that we would need to buy a car but w Jeff and I didn’t go looking to buy a car, honestly. We’ve known since last summer that the time was approaching that we would need to buy a car but we certainly didn’t think Saturday was the day. Brian net is in the lot and didn’t waste any time in speaking not only our financial language but also our laid back love of life language. It was a breeze deciding on the car. The “fear” didn’t come until we were waiting to be approved. In small talk, Jeff and I found that we knew many of the same people as Brian and the conversation took over. So much so that we never really had the conversation of “Ok! It’s yours!”. So when Brian called it my car, I started crying at his desk. He asked “Is that all you were waiting to hear? It’s YOURS.” Signing the finance papers was as stress free as possible. We talked about life and food and places we’d been like we had all been friends for a long time. When I ended up hearing a noise from the front of the car, Brian put it in the shop without question and got me a loaner. All around, I could not have dreamed that buying a car was be so easy and honestly, fun. Thank you all so very much for making me one very happy girl! More
