I told him I was coming in on Saturday and met him at 10AM. They had the car I wanted, gave me a trade-in on my Honda, set up the lease program and I drove out with the new car a few hours from my arrival. He was on my side- not trying to jam me into some car that he could get a big commission on. He honestly had my best interest in mind, I said to him- you're treating me like family! It then started calling him Uncle Mike!! When I came back the next day, Uncle Mile again Wowed me! He introduced me to service, sales managers and thouroughly went over my new car with me.
