IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID IN MY TRUCK My experience with Toyota service was absolutely TERRIBLE, I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews but at this time I feel responsible to My experience with Toyota service was absolutely TERRIBLE, I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews but at this time I feel responsible to warn others of this horribly inefficient service. I bought a brand new Toyota tundra 2016; a great car and I was happy with it, about three months ago I realized there was water came in through the back window whenever it rained, so ON NOVEMBER 2018 I took my truck to Toyota services. At first, a lady that worked at this place told me water was infiltrating through the third brake light and they took a week to fix it but during another rainy day I had the same problem so I went back to Toyota services and Bill gave me a estimate payment of more than $1000 for fix it which I had to pay out of pocket because supposedly my guarantee did not cover that kind of damage THAT IS A FAIL FACTORY..so I left my car for 8 days and when I came back I realized that the only thing they had done was put black glue around the third brake light, a horrible work and multiple scratches around the light and whenever it rained, it would still not stop leaking inside! I, then, performed my own test and I realized that the water was not entering through the light but through the window. I then brought it back to Toyota SERVICE and Bill made an appointment with the guy who fixes the windows and told me I needed to wait for another week so that they would fix it and also repair all the other damages that they had caused, then I kept coming back to pick up my car but they actually took a month!! When I picked it up ON JANUARY 2019 I noticed that they hadn't cleaned the LIGHT and they had pasted a horrible looking dark black glue around the window and that still did not fix the damaged!!!! Altogether, this process took ONE month and it was worth nothing because it did not fix the problem. I am extremely disappointed with their work and now I see myself in the need to bring my car elsewhere to get it fixed and pay for all of these new damaged plus the old damage out of pocket. Yet, even though I had to go through this ordeal they have not offered me any solutions to this problem. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone because of their lack of knowledge, skill or professionalism. More

Always Attentive Detected a problem, outside of normal 125K maint, had to keep trick overnight, made sure I got a 4WD loaner due to the inclement weather coming in.
