As I live out of state most of the process was handled over the phone or through email, including selection of the particular vehicle. Mike got all the behind-the-scenes paperwork in order and the vehicle delivered to/prepped at the dealership per my available schedule. The in-person closing took about two hours, as expected. All told, a rather stress free experience with great customer service. Mike also handled my two previous leases. Each one was completed without issues. I would absolutely continue to recommend Mike and Greentree as they have delivered to my complete satisfaction each time. More
