Complete waste of time. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to look at a vehicle that was sold the night before. Mind you an appointment was set at 11:00 am and common curtesy dictates a simple Drove 1 1/2 hrs to look at a vehicle that was sold the night before. Mind you an appointment was set at 11:00 am and common curtesy dictates a simple phone call or text message indicating the latter. This was not done. After copying my drivers license info and trade vin number, Pedro comes back to tell me the truck I set an appointment to test drive had been sold the night before and that there are other options. Of course, I blew up and told him how unprofessional he was. What a joke. Honesty or integrity is not what you will encounter at this worthless dealership. I can ensure you that this incident will be reported to news media / social media outlets as well as to the Better business bureau. As a professional fiber optics installer that enters customers homes on a daily basis, I can and will discredit your dealership at every opportunity. I can only hope the General Manager gets wind of this and terminates it’s deceitful salesman. Bait and switch is easily spotted amongst consumers and frowned upon by all. You may have got me there, but you didn’t sell me a vehicle. I’d never purchase what your salesman thinks I may be interested in after lying straight to my face. I gave one star only because it was the lowest rating available. More
Looking out for profit, not for you While I typically trust the dealership service center to be upfront with my vehicle's true needs, it is evident upon providing service recommendations While I typically trust the dealership service center to be upfront with my vehicle's true needs, it is evident upon providing service recommendations that this service center pushes for pure profit of services. My last two visits here were to replace faulty ABS sensors, both visits coming to 2 very different service totals despite having the same vehicle, same work, same service advisor, same replacement parts, and same labor rate. I suppose the $50 "miscellaneous shop charge" to "use their tools, vehicle lifts, etc." and "Part #52125003AD Wheel Sensor" goes up in price over just a few weeks, right? To add, the service center recommended that I replace "currently working" sensors to “play it safe” in order to triple my bill, and urged to replace my rear brakes and rotors despite the multi-point inspection showing these to be in the "green - OK." These service recommendations were amongst other superfluous "flushings" that would put my bill at over $2K despite the NEEDED service being ~$300. Proud to be a Jeep owner but honestly, very disappointed with this service center. More

Great car, horrible sales experience I am totally disappointed and disgusted with this dealership, especially the management!!!!!!! We purchased a brand new 2020 Challenger Wide-body Sc I am totally disappointed and disgusted with this dealership, especially the management!!!!!!! We purchased a brand new 2020 Challenger Wide-body Scat, before it even arrived at the dealership. So, not a cheap car. First, it started with a promised 4.9 percent deal and when we got into the finance department, that rate went to 5.9. However, if we bought an extended warranty, our rate went down...amazing how that works!!! We have excellent credit and I am an expert banker. Then, we were told to leave our PERSONALIZED license tag at the dealership (at their request) because the car we actually bought was coming in that next week . The dealership kept our trade (+tag) on the day of the deal. To add to all, this dealership automatically charge you for window tint, weather you want it or not for $359. Lets not even go into the $1499 protection package that is mandatory and no one at the dealership can explain to us what it does!!!! Once the new car arrived at the dealership, they emailed us it was ready for pickup. When we arrived at the dealership (1.5 hour drive from Ocala, FL) to pick up the car, because they said it was ready, it was not ready and we had to wait for almost 2 hours while they finished it.....then when it was pulled around, no window tint. We were told, come on back and we will do that for you....are you kidding me? This is also when we were told they lost our personalized tag! TAG DISASTER: When it was first noted that the tag was lost, our salesman tells us in not such a positive way..."the dealership is making me pay for your lost tag and taking it out of my PAY".....seriously. You do not tell a customer that. Now, everyone knows that you can't just replace a personalized tag, plus the tag office is closed to the public. So the dealership says....take our dealer tag and we will order you a new tag, but it likely won't be personalized. I was so mad. The following week, I called our local tag office to find out the dealership had not taken any action to replace our tag. To date, I have spent hours and hours on the phone with the tag office trying to get our personalized tag replaced. The tag office needed proof from the dealership to prove that they lost the tag. Now, the dealership promised US they would handle this. Well let me tell you, they did not and I called the dealership at least 20 times, with no response. Not a single call back. The tag office had the same problem. Now we have had to pay out of our pocket, over $50 for a temporary tag and replace our personalized tag. Plus the many hours I had to spend calling, emailing, and completing more paperwork to replace my tag that they lost!!!!! I want a REFUND for the $359 window tint that we did not get and I want $200 for MY time and cost it took for us to get our tag replaced. Once we receive this, we will return your DEALER TAG....that we have NOT lost!!!! I have purchased over 30 cars (in Florida) in my life time and have never experienced such disrespect and incompetence. This dealership may have good prices, but you get what you pay for. More

Jairo aka “J” and his co Worker Andrew Davis were we’re so patient with me and helped me get into a vehicle I was happy with. These gentlemen have changed car buying or leasing a car so seamless and not to mention stress free! I am so happy with my experience at Greenway Dodge .. the detailors cam use some help but aside from the that minor bump everything was awesome! If you are nervous or worried about purchasing a new car or leasing a new car? Go see Jaíro or Andrew and I promise you, these gentlemen will change your outlook on car buying!
