Salesmanship not really there - today I go to service and get a recommendation of Johalvy. We look at the cars of interest, I see Joshua in our area with a sour face waitng for Johalvy. She leaves me and tells me that she will work up a deal. I am literally sitting here in the waiting area now for an hour with no updates follow up or response. The other guys in sales waiting for a customer are checking in on me 1 to 2 times but no word or visual follow up from her. I used to Only work with Teeko but this time around coming from the other side of town and getting service like this, I am more that hesitant to think 3 times before coming to this dealership to get ignored. A bit of advice - don’t send a email saying that you want my car in service for trade when you are clearly not ready to work things out. I was actually ready to buy as well - hence why I sat there and waited. It’s not like sales had my keys or anything. Teeko did follow up with me after I left and told him about my horrrible experience and apologized. i know that Teeko is not in sales anymore but man he tried his hardest to make this work. More

I came to realize that some of the dealerships gave me false information and were advertising one price with lots of hidden costs. Greenway gives you reliable information and great quality, no lies or hidden fees. I was able to buy a used car and take it home with me the same day. They even recommended a really good insurance company, my car was test driven, bought and insured within a few hours. 10/10 service, very well run and organized. More
