Best car buying experience in all of Orlando! I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude and joy with our car shopping experience today. We had been in the market to trade in our vehicle for n I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude and joy with our car shopping experience today. We had been in the market to trade in our vehicle for nearly a year, with no success because of the lack of professionalism and compassion from other competitors. I say compassion because most times, they’re sharks that just want to put you in the next vehicle in the lot that gives them the most incentive without listening to what you want and can afford. You only get one or the other usually; here’s what you can afford but it’s not what you want, or here’s what you want but you can’t afford it. But, our car shopping experience today was just the opposite. We found ourselves returning the loaned out Colorado from the dealer down the road, that we didn’t really like. They gave us the run around and left another sour taste in our mouth. We had just about called a quits to this trade in journey, when the night before I get a text messages from Michael asking if I was still interested in trading in. Funny thing was, we found ourselves at a Chevy dealership knowing that the car for us was a Dodge. So the odds of getting his text last night was crazy, and I felt compelled to respond. I had little to no patience for someone else wasting my time, so I made that very clear and laid it all out for him. This is what we’re working with trade in wise, this is what we want in a new car, and this is what we want financially. (Looking back, I feel bad that I may have come off rude but it just goes to prove my point of the caliber of this salesman, to be able to understand and use my disappointment with other competitors to his advantage). Anyways, we return the car to the other dealer and head over to Greenway. First thing we see when we walk in is a warm staff, and our name on the board. We check in, have a seat and hit up the popcorn stand for my toddler who ended up spending the entire time in the toddler zone (which BTW, is a life saver and every dealership should learn from them and have this!). Michael approached us with a firm handshake and a genuine smile, ready to get the ball rolling. Took our info and got us ready to test drive. We walk outside and there it is... my husbands dream car. You could see it all over his face. I mean, the thing had the logo design hidden in the headlights... that’s the level of detail this thing had. Long story short, about 30 mins later Michael sits my husband down to talk while I’m entertaining my son, and i get called over. Instantly i thought here we go again, this isn’t going to work. And to my surprise, it did. How the xxxx did this guy do this? Our trade in, the negative equity we carried over, this gorgeous new car.... This guy made it happen. It was the most stress free, easy going, cut the xxxxxxxx, compassionate and understanding business transaction I’ve ever been a part of. And I was in luxury business for over a decade. Nothing compared to the ease of this. It’s like I went to buy a snickers at the gas station, rolled up and there was no line and the cashier said hey! Here’s a soda for ya with that on me. Like this was literally as easy as buying a candy bar. And can I mention that today is his 30th birthday and there he was, at work helping us because he too has a family to support! We hear ya, and my husband is the same way. Works so hard to provide for his family, and I didnt want to give up on being able to find him his dream car. And today, Michael, you made those dreams come true. So, I hope you had a phenomenal birthday with your family, and we appreciate you spending part of it with us. We will forever be loyal customers to you and Greenway because of your professionalism and tenacity to help us today. I can not begin to thank you enough. This wasn’t just buying a car, this was making something come true in our lives that we’ve worked so hard for, and I cant express how much that means to us. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
