Service department is a joke! Made an appointment to bring in my truck a week and a half ago. They did nothing for a week and a half! The part should be covered under warranty but the useless service rep, Carson. Has yet to look up the warranty. If you get Carson as a service rep expect to be ignored and blow off. You will have to get a manager on the phone to get any updates from him. If your vehicle needs a repair that has to be done at a dealership, do your self a favor and find another one More
