There isn’t much follow through with the service center. I have to call to make sure things are in. After going in for one recall I’ve now been notified of an older recall via mail. I had to remind them of a headlight issue that I overheard and then no one followed up to tell me what the issue was or how to fix it. I still do not know how to fix it. More

The battery light came on in September despite having purchased a new battery the prior November. My regular repair shop suggested going to Kia for a complete diagnostic in case it was an electrical iss purchased a new battery the prior November. My regular repair shop suggested going to Kia for a complete diagnostic in case it was an electrical issue which only Kia could repair. It turns out it was the alternator. I was going to take it back to my shop for more affordable service, but Shelby and Josh worked together to match their repair price and keep me as a happy customer. They even finished the work earlier than expected and just in time for my birthday! Now if we could just lose the payment fee for paying with a credit card, it would be perfection. More
