***Buyer Beware*** This dealership WILL NOT help you with anything once they have your money. I have tried contacting the General Manager on 20+ occasions by both email and phone without a single response or anything once they have your money. I have tried contacting the General Manager on 20+ occasions by both email and phone without a single response or call back. They have my money, and now have refused to assist me with a titling issue that they were dishonest about. I would caution anyone against utilizing this dealership because they're not in the business of customer service. Mr. Mnassa, I'm sure that you're going to respond by leaving your email and telling me to contact you, but I've tried multiple time through multiple outlets and you wont answer. The person in charge of our service was incredible. For example, I’ve been saying how my windshield has been scratched since week one and we went back into the account and looked at the pictures. He had a look at the windshield. The rubber piece passenger side window had to be replaced for the longest and he made sure he got that part in while we were still being serviced. The person in our case, one of above and beyond, and we were truly appreciative. More
