The last time I dealt with them was for an oil change. The lady that set up my appointment said I couldn't do the recall at the same time. Then he informed me that this is my last oil change under my contract. When I was told by the finance guy that he would cover all oil changes for 100000 miles which was evidently a lie. That was the only reason I bought the vehicle and I will not back. More

I am having a terible experience for 2 months now. Kia East sold me a broken car and asked it back 1 week later, forcing me to buy an expensive one. And more: they billed me for the 2 vehicles and now Kia East sold me a broken car and asked it back 1 week later, forcing me to buy an expensive one. I've been sending e-mails and visiting the agency many times and all those managers say is "we're taking care of it". For now, what I have is my credit score negatively impacted by their mistake. This is a very disrespectful way to sell to your customers! More
