Your service department is very professional and knowledgeab I love my Kia Rio and when I experienced an issue with it, I immediately called for roadside assistance. Had my car towed to Kia at East Colonial Dr a I love my Kia Rio and when I experienced an issue with it, I immediately called for roadside assistance. Had my car towed to Kia at East Colonial Dr and was called upon arrival of my Rio at their premises by Carlos Alejo. He asked me to explain the issue I had with it and that he would called me back. Later on that day after his thorough inspection, he explained that my steering wheel must have been in a lock mode and that's why my Rio wouldn't start up that morning. I was embarrassed and asked him if this has only happened to women and he said "no" he's had some men experience this lockmode on their steering wheels also. LOL. I now know what to do should this happened to me again. Thank you, Carlos Alejo. It was a frustrating moment not being able to turn on my car to head out to work but turned out to be a learning experience and super "funny' also. It's all good! Thanks, again Carlos! I was not surprised when I returned a few months later for an oil change to learn he was promoted to manager! Since then I have returned several times to service my vehicle and Mr Jimenez always takes the time ( even as a manager) to come and say hello. To me that is great customer service.
